Hi guys,
I have used AC21 for changing jobs. Filed for 485 in April
2002 first week Got laid off in last week of October 2002
after 180 days were over. Got a job back in December first
week. My 6 years H1 period expired in December. I work
on EAD. I hope I am in status.
I need to switch lawyers as the former company lawyer
cannot represent me because of conflict of interest. I
have very good relations with HR at previous company.
So I have all my documents in order.
I need to find a good attorney in the bay area who can
also come to the interview if I get one. I am sure many
people here have used AC21 and have chosen lawyers.
Can those people send me their experiences and suggest
some good lawyers. Lot of people will find this kind of
information useful.
Money is not a problem for me.
