Gurus,
i recently applied for renewal of my EAD. i am in 8th year and working on EAD, its going to expire on next month

question . if i wont get my EAD before the Exiration date, What i have to Do?
please let me know
how can i work withour EAD, is there any possibility to still work eventhough i didnt ger new EAD ?

Since you are currently working on EAD ......

You CANNOT work without your renewed EAD.
There is no workaround - period.

Once your current EAD expires, you'll have to placed on some kind of unpaid leave of absence till you get the new EAD.

You can try getting an interim EAD a week or so before your current one expires -- sometimes they allow it even before 90 days.
