getting worried , pls advice

hello all.
My EAD (3) rd is 4/15 , nd 4/16/04 message still says received Application on _4/16__ Blah blah.
i got iEAD on 7/16/04 from Federal Plaza - I am good for 1 year.
I also did early FP2 on 7/15/04 ( was scheduled for 8/25)
My 485 rd is 9/6/02 , nd 9/18/02.
i have relocated to same job description last month ( from NY to MO) - filed AR11 , BUT NOT ac21. i am so confused.
I initiated case inquiry on my EAD on 8/5/04 - not heard anything so far.
I have a PO Box at NY Still and my mother is at my old place in NY to pick up my mail.
Please comment.

I initiated enquiry on my EAD also a few weeks back and got an email this evening stating they had responded to my request for more information on Sep. 9 Is that an RFE is being issued or just more likely my name check or something like that has not cleared? Any idea?

--- may be for Passport style Photographs, Color copy of Driving licence or color copy of your passport first page that has your name,DOB, Photograph on it, I dont think it is Name check.
