Getting rehired after having been terminated

Does anyone know if I need to apply for TN again when I get rehired by the same employer a few weeks after they terminated me?

No, if your TN is still valid and you were hired for the same job that you had the TN for.

This is correct so long as you have not applied for a different status in the meantime, like B2 or F1. If you have, you would need to go to the border and re-enter on the existing TN (no need to make a new petition).
