I have applied for GC sponsorship for sibling and family more than a decade ago. THe last communication from USCIS was an email few years ago, stating that it is under Initial review. After that there has been no communication whatsoever.
When i tried to check the status online with the receipt number, nothing is returned. moreover i was asked to contact the USCIS customer support.
When i called the uSCIS customer support, I had go through the same process, provide the receipt number which resulted in no information whatsoever. I am unable to talk to a human representative to understand what's going on with this application.
What are the next steps for me?
