my sister (A US citizen) applied for my GC application (I-130) in 2007. It was approved in 2010. In 2015, we decided to get it revoked due to reasons that I got Canadian citizenship and had no plans to go to US. My sister did it via writing the letter and same reason was mentioned. Now is it possible to reinstate the I-130? Can it be done due to the fact that now the situation is changed?
