GC parents who stayed in india for over a year

Parents were granted asylum in US, then went to India and stayed for over a year. What is the best way to come back to US. Children are US citizens. Should they try for a visitor visa? Thanks.

Could be problematic getting a visa again then ? There is an asylum forum here with people much more knowledgeable on issues around asylum and returning to COP, it might be worth your while to post this there (with a more descriptive heading so people know what the issue is).
