I am working on EAD (I-485 pending). My current EAD will expire on 11/09/2006. I have a renewal application received on 09/20/2006. I have not received any FP for it as of today (though FP for I-485 is done). I am wondering what I can do other than waiting to get the EAD approval sooner. I understand it's my mistake not apply in time. Now, looks like I have to be joblees for a month or so.
Can I really work/volunteer with out EAD? I am nervous.
Please advise me ASAP.
