Is it possible to get H1B status from F1 if held a J1 visa in the past (with the 2 year home residency requirement)?
I am currently in the US on F1 visa doing OPT and want to apply for the 2015 H1B cap season.
Can the application to H1B status be succesful without a waiver?
Are you aware of any succesful (or unsuccesful) cases in the past?
