I am a divorced woman that after 20 years of being divorced are now confronted with an accusation through the catholic church to anul the marriage. The declaration was sworn and notarized by a catholic church lawyer. Included in that declaration my ex-husband stated that he married me with the only intention of obtaining the american citizenship. He clearly stated there was no love involved. I feel humiliated and feel he manipulated the system fraudulently. Does his declaration raises legal issues with immigration laws?:
