Is anybody with EB1 that filed I-485 on Dec. 2000 or Jan. 2001 has received FP?
EB1, India, I-485, RD: Dec. 20, 2000; ND: Jan. 3, 2001; No FP.
But I see many guys with EB2 have got their FP.
It depends where you are located.
What is FP location?
If it is detroit, you might have to wait at least another month for FP notices. NSC sent FP notices to detroit guys with RD/ND 9/00 last week.
