FP Results NOT received - help

Hi All,

I did FP on March 24th and my FP results are not received by USCIS.

I had an LUD on March 25th, and after than no change in the status.

The message has not changed to "FP results" received.

What should I do? Should I call FBI and see if the results were received?

Has anyone been in such situation?

You can call 304-625-2000
This is FBI number and they can tell you the status of your FP results in a few seconds. Have your A# handy when you call them.

I called the FBI. They said they've sent the results back on the same day.

What should I do further? May be "name check" pending?
 
Just before I called FBI...It seems they responded with results to USCIS with in 21 min...But No update yet in my 485 case status..

FP done on 3/26..LUD 03/29 with No message update...
PD 10/2003 , 485 RD 06/2004, 140 AD 12/2004...
 
I also called USCIS to check the status of FP..as customer service person could not see my case update (AVM also says "due to temporary problem in our system ....) has forwarded the call to immigration officer..he has not only revealed any thing but also discouraged such type of enquiry...
He said it take some time as it is between two govt.agencies..
my suggestion is better donot call to USCIS for FP updates atleast...

What number did you use to call them?. WHat is the best time to speak with a customer service person. I am not sure what is going on with my case.
its been 14 days now and no message update yet. There were 2 Luds after the FingerPrinting but none thereafter. I dont know what does 2 Luds means?.

1800....1..2...6...EAC#..1..OPTION 3.You will be reached customer care, if he/she doesn't have any info would direct you to immigration officer...
In my case AVM says " due to temporary problem in our system ...." also the same was observed by customer care person hence she passed on immigration officer...

2nd LUD on 03/28/2005
3rd LUD on 04/07/2005
4th LUD on 04/08/2005

But no message chance.

I have a question to those had early FP's,
When did your LUD for 485 changed to so called FP received message , was it before your actual FP schedule date or after ?
May be it doesn't matter just would like to confirm...
 
I am in similar situation .. fp done on 03/29, one LUD change on 03/30 ( no message change ), no lud change or message change after that ..

I am guessing that since they are doing thousand's of FPs each day ( few of the centers are doing 800 fps each day ) the system and they are swamped with FPs and hence the delay in posting.

Let's post any changes here so the rest know what to expect. Any changes in lud and /or message , any notices for repeat FP etc..
 
We did our FPs on March 23, no updates till date, called FBI to find out that our FP results were sent to USCIS on the same day (May 23) - how to check with USCIS to verify if they received the FP results? Any information is appreciated.

Hi All,

I had an LUD on 4/6 and today I got notice that my FPs were received and the case resumed.

Hopefully, all of you will also get this message soon!!
 
what is LUD

could you pls tell me what is LUD. i am confused.

here is my case :

service center : vermont.
i 140 RD - Dec 29th 2004
485 -same
FP done on Feb 25th 2005
status says " On mar 7th they have received FP results.......
 
FP results not received

FP done in NJ on 3/29...LUD changed 3/29 , 3/30 ...no message change...
Another question guys ....is name check done after FP , prior to the "FP results received " message update ????

if u r sure about that, it will be a great relief. we are also in the same boat. ours code is 3 and fp done on apr 7th which is scheduled date of our fp. one lud on 04/07 and another lud on 04/08. no message change. we are also waiting for the message change.
