I got my I-140 (both EB1-EA and NIW got approved on 4/13/05; ND 11/14/04)). Before that I got a FP request (code 3) for my I-485 (11/14/04) on 3/29/05 (two notice, one to me, one to my lawyer), but I reschedule it as I have to go for a conference by sending back the orignal notice back to Newark ASC.They received it on 3/8/05. I have not heard anything from them yet. Is it possible that I go to ASC with my other original notice and request them for FP by explaining the case..please advice. Also does anybody know how long does it take to get reschedule notice from Newark ASC.
