Hi, I got the yellow form.
questions:
1. Do I need to send all the required information to INS directly, or by my attorney? My attorney did not received the yellow form of mine yet. But I received it. My attorney said that I must send the yellow form to him. Let him to mail the documents, not me. I do not know why I cannot send them directly.
2. copy of employment documents (Do I need the I-20 copy? I once worked on I-20, which has the school immigration officer signed). or I only need to send the copy of employment doucments that approved by INS?
