FP notices twice..Please help

We got our FP notice again today.

ND 10/00
FP first Time 01/01

not yet approved.

We talked to IIO and she says ignore it...but IIO could\'t find my FP in both the systems...only has my spouse FP in System 1 (pulled with A #)

So should we go or not..please advice...

If you get 2nd FP notice couple months later, it usually means there is something wrong in your 1st FP.
Just redo it anyway.
