FP Done on 04/24 But Not Yet Recd. BY Either of them (INS and FBI)

Pls. Help me I checked with IIO and she said they haven\'t recd. my FP Result. When I called FBI they have no records for me (they checked on A#, Date of Birth and SS# as well). Please let me know what is that mean. What should I do...I don\'t want to tell INS IIO that I called FBI and they suggested that I should call/speak to INS and ask them to forward the FP taken on April 24th at Newark, NJ must be sent to FBI to approve.

Pls. help what I should do.
 
Was the fingerprint done manuall

I am also in the same position, I did my FP on 04/12 at Newark NJ. The answering m/c has not changed yet....mine was done manually??
I am just wondering whether the manual FP are delayed??
