FP Code 3 & Daughter

I have to do Finger printing for me and my wife in San Jose ASC. Do this ASC allow my daughter along with us. As my daughter is 14 months old and she is not going to any Day Care or things like that.

I guess as this is just matter of 1 hour max I beleive.

Any one have any idea if daughter is allowed with us ?

We took our 4 and 10 yr old with us to a different ASC. They just had us to the FP one by one and the other one would stay in the waiting area with the kids.
