Almost in the same boat. I called 800 to enquiry the case last week but no any update online so far.

I live in Austin. Does anyone know which congressman should I contact?
My lawyer told me to inquery by calling the 800 number, which I did in Jan, 2005. And got a response from TSC saying case still pending, blah, blah, blah...

From my experience, it is not much helpful to inquiry by ourselves. I did inquiry myself and just got a USCIS letter exactly saying what's in your letter. But after attorney's inquiry, I got a RFE in two weeks.

For congressman in Austin, you may go to web site ...gov to find out.

I am also EB-3, from the same country as yours.
