Form I-130 concurrent filing with form I-485 question

I was wondering if anyone has filed these two forms concurrent and if there was any issue. A lawyer wrote on a blog that it will absolutely cause a denial since it shows intend to stay and not to move back but how can you apply for a green card other than being honest while filing out the forms?

It's not the current filing which may cause problems due to immigrant intent; it's the filing of an I-485 soon after entering the US (less than 90 days), whether the filing is concurrent with the I-130 or not.

In other words, the shorter the time between entering the US and filing I-485, the more likely it is that USCIS will believe you already had the intention to immigrate when entering the US. However, some visas such as H1B and L1 explicitly allow immigrant intent, so filing I-485 immediately after entering with such a visa would not be a problem.
