Form I-129 questions

Can anyone answer these Form I-129 questions please?

Of the 17 pages, the first 4 pages are applicable to my TN canadian situation.

There are a number of supplement pages for various classifications (ex- H2A,H2B, ETC.) It would appear a TN Canadian worker also needs to fill out page 6, and I am confused from there, the other pages don't seem to apply to my situation, but I have to be sure not to omit anything.

Anyone with any experience with this???
