forgot i-693

hey guys,

i send in my i-140/i485 along with those for my wife. as luck will have it, I forgot to include her sealed i-693. i am planning to send it tomorrow with a cover letter. is that okay? is there anything else I can do?

I will appreciate any help.

According to Q13-A13 of the recent "Frequently Asked Questions #1: Employment-Based Adjustment Applications Filed by Aliens Whose Priority Dates are Current under Department of State July Visa Bulletin No. 107" (http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrelease/EBFAQ1.pdf):

"Q13: Can applications be filed without a required medical examination report?
A13. Yes. Consistent with its current regulations and practice, USCIS will accept adjustment of applications filed pursuant to Visa Bulletin No. 107 without a completed medical examination. In such cases, USCIS will issue a request for evidence."

If I were you, I'd wait to receive a RFE before sending her medical report in. That would minimize a chance of it getting lost amongst all paperwork. It would also ensure that it gets attached to the her case.
