First time applying TD for Spouse when I am already on TN

Good day,

My wife and I are both in the US. She is on OPT (Indian Citizen), and I am on TN. As her OPT is ending, she is planning on moving to TD status. We have submitted the online application and scheduled for visa interview in Canada.
Are these the only documents she should take with her for the visa interview?
a) Her passport
b) Marriage certificate
c) My passport which has the current TN Status
d) Probably my last two pay-stubs

Please kindly advise.

Regards,
Jay

(c) she does not need your actual passport and I-94, since you could still be in US when she goes for interview, and you need these documents at all times. Give her a copy of your passport picture page and a copy of the I-94 now , and then she doesn't need to think about it at interview time.

No. If your TN was "fresh" you might include the TN petition, but as you say you already have the TN, proving that you are working (pay stub) and have an unexpired I-94 is sufficient.
