Finger print notice for OCT ND/RD Case

Finger print question

Hi,

I have question reading finer prints. My 485 notice date is nov 6. Right now i am in indo. My friend send me email saying that i got appointment for finger print. When will we get finger print appoints before or after work permit. If it is after can still bring my spouse with H4 or not. Please reply ASAP.
