To everyone who helped me before Thank you so much .After more than 2 years of waiting and fighting against uscis mistakes i finally got my green card .there was a mistake in my name ,my date of birth ,my work authorization,never been interviewed ...but thanks to a writ of mandamus letter i got what i want ...Thanks Again and God Bless you all :p
 
i am really very happy for you. so from what i read you got ur green card without being interviewed which is what u deserve for all what u went thru. enjoy and all the best. did u sue them or just threatened them?
 
thank you so much ....i sent every single person of them a good letter that am going to file a law suit against them and i explained all the mistakes that they did and that me and my lawyer (i don't have one) will see them in court if i didnot get my gc within one month.....and that letter was like magic:)
