After 5 years of wait its my turn for a sigh of relief:
Here are my details:
PD: 11/95 (No typo)
regular labor approval : 07/97
I-140 Approval : 09/97 , got laid off the same day
worked with another H-1B for a different company and filed for labor in RIR
Got rehired by my old company in Nov 99 , labor from new company was in progress
filed for I-485 after rehired by the old company
ND: 03/00
FP : 10/00
RFE : 05/01 for W-2, Tax returns for 1999,2000 and Employment letter
AD : 06/00
Received approval notice for me and my wife in the mail yesterday.
I was thinking it was impossible for me to get GC , but after a long long wait I got it.
So folk, hang in there, your day soon shall come up.
