Finally Got Approooooved....:)

Y'day, I checked my emails around 10.00p.m and rcvd four emails from USCIS stating that both(myself and my wife) cases are approved...it's a long journey and I wish that all backlogs cases like me get approved soon...Best of luck ....

May I know why there is a long gap between your RD and Irst FP? Did you get 2nd FP prior to approval?

I didn't get my 2nd FP..B4 my Approval..I was thinking that I might get 2nd FP notice

Most of the cases from 03/20/2002 - 03/25/2002 have got FP1 on May 21st -25th 2003..it is more than a year...if you look into rupnet of March 2002 cases(plse sort it out by RD) and check the cases in b/w 3/20 - 3/25..you will get an Idea why our cases didn't get FP for a long time...

but our cases who are in b/w 3/20 - 3/25 got approvals on o9/10/2003 - 10/10/2003...my frnd RD 3/22 got approved on 09/10 and I got RFE for Medicals & EMP Letter..

Since from one month I was contacting INS,FBI(name check) and Congressmen...

but I had faced a lot of pain and I was giving number of calls to my attorney,INS and congressmen too...
 
Just now, I got a call from my attorney that he rcvd my GC approval letter and he is going to mail it today for me..
