Finally 485/140 approved!!

Hi All,

Finally both 485 and 140 are approved for me and my wife. They were approved on the the 24th Feb. Sorry for posting a little late... You know just partying after that..

Got 8 wonderful emails ( 4 approval emails per each applicant) stating 485 approved. Also received news about 140 approval from the lawyer as the online status didn't change on 24th.

Here is my case details. Complete process took 3.5 yrs.
CSC-EB2 case (famous *151-032 LC code)

SESA RD - July 2001
DOL RD - Mar 2002
2 RFEs
Got denied and then appealed
Case reopened - Sep 2003
LC Approved - Feb 2004

I-140 RD - April 2 2004
I-485 RD - April 29 2004
EAD1/AP1 Approved - June 2004
FP - June 2004
No LUD change for 140
485 LUD - 10/27/04, 1/10/05
EAD2/AP2 RD - Feb 2005
I-140 Approved - 23rd Feb 2005
I-485 approved - 23rd Feb 2005
485 approval notice received 28th Feb
Stamping appointment - 3/8/05 (lets see how that goes)

This forum has been a great help thru out.

One Q:
Was there any LUD changes on your I-485 after 1/10/05 or you got approval with no LUD change on your case?

[FYI There is no LUD change in my I-485 case, but CSC emergency told mine is already approved on 3/2. So want to know whether you got approved with no change in LUD ]
