hi i have a question if any one have knowledge please help me.
if a women living overseas married a u.s citizen and filed through K3 visa to come to u.s, can her son also file for her mother from canada while the K3 visa from usa is on process and at the same time or after some months can her son living in canada file for her permanent residency also from canada? will it hurt any of those cases filed from u.s or canada / or will it be okay?
