I am US citizen and got married to H-1 holder who is currently in US. I am planning to file petition for my spouse. Which is the better way while filing I-130.....opt for AOS or CP. Which is faster.
Also, currently I reside under different service center than where my spouse lives. Where should I file I-130 and following documents.
