Hi All,

I recently got my prevailing wage determination issued and my attorney is about to start the labor filing process. According to her it will take: "Prevailing Wage, Job Order and various steps of recruitment including newspaper, online, company website, journal ads, Notice of Postings etc. The job order is placed with DOL of the State for 30 days and there is a 30 day waiting period during which the rest of the recruitment is done. All candidates have to interviewed for the position applied and a Recruitment Report has to be prepared prior to the filing."

This is what I'm hearing from her. Can anbody give me insight into this? So, my understanding is a total of 60 days atleast will be taken before filing and then only we can apply for labor.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks all for your time.

Regards,
Dheera
