Filing I 130 for Sibling Question derivative beneficiaries

I am filing I 130 for my brothet sibling.

He is married , has wife & two kids 3 months / 4 years old.

Questions: Should i provide all his family(4 members) details in one single I 130 application, plus also do i need to submit all of there 4 members birth certificates or just my siblings birth certificate along with application I130 will suffice?
