I just received my Green Card Visa in September and had come to activate my card and hopefully settle down. My husband did not receive his as a small scar was discovered on his xray and the sputum test result will not be out until after DV issuance deadline.
I am 7 months pregnant and have a 3 year old so I cannot get a job. My husband has a B1/B2 but cannot work here.
What is the best route to follow? Should I apply for him and leave the USA and come back when his number is current? Should he come stay here with me? Is there a way he can be allowed to work legally until his number is current?
