filed I485 thru job and I130 approved filing another I485

I have approved I130 and as per December visa bulletin I can file another AOS thru family. My category is married son over 21 of US Citizen.

My father's income is not enough and I am working with the same company who sponsored my H1 and GC.
Can I use my own income for affidavit support or I need someone else?

I-864 instructions state that

Who completes and signs form I-864:
The US citizen or lawful permanent resident who filed a Form I-130 for a family member, Form I-129F for a fiance(e), or Form I-600 or I-600a for an orphan

So basically you cannot file affidavit support for your self. What you can do is you have co-signer who might be your any other relative.
