Filed I-485 for 1st time In June 2007

Please post here if you have filed your I-485 with or without EAD/AP for the 1st time in June 2007. In other words, if your priority date whether under EB2 or EB3 became current only for June 2007, you may please post under this forum with filing information of I-485 with or without EAD/AP.

I filed my 485 on june 1 with NSC and yesterday I have received the finger print notice. I wonder how long its going to take from here.

Texas center address??

What is the Texas center address for sending I -485 applications thru fedex?
 
Can we send by Fedex or we have use USPS's

please post.
Do they say that we can not send by Fedex ?
 
my lawyer sent my package to nebraska on june 1st and then they send it to tx. I have not received receipt or fp yet.
Neither has the lawyer, the checks were cashed on 6.21.07

I-485 + EAD + AP to NSC

Our packet (me, wife plus 2 kids) was delivered on 6/8 to NSC. Today (7/3) our lawyer emailed me to say they received all our receipt notices in yesterday and todays mail (Tucson, AZ).

All receipt notices read
Received Date 6/8
Notice Date 6/25

We are so relieved after a lot of stress over the weekend that we would get caught up in the rejection onslaught. Particularly when I called on Friday (6/29)and on Monday (7/1) to enquire at the national Benefits Center number to search and was told on both times there was no record of our applications. Now with a print out of the scan of the notice in my hands saying ND of 6/25 it is clear they lied to me both times as clearly the information from our applications had been entered into the system and was available (otherwise how could the notice have been printed!!!!)

My son turns 21 in October and we were worried sick he would age out without us being able to get him "locked in" under CSPA. Now he and my daughter can at least plan to work at Christmas and next summer to earn some additional college funds....oh yeah and we will be able to fill in the FAFSA at long last!!!!!

Good luck eveyone. Here's looking at the FY 2008 quota in October.

LC Appoved : October 2005 (Yes 4 plus yrs for LC).

I 140 Approved : Jan 2006

I 485 mailed to NSC on 6/14/07. Will probably be transfered to TSC since I am in TX.

No receipt or FP yet.

Yes, we got the FP notice w/o the receipt notice. I checked with my attorney & they also had recd the FP notice.

My wife's and my I-485, EAD, AP applications reached USCIS on June 25, 2007.
Nothing has been known since then. Lawyers sent their own checks and don't have a clue whose checks were cashed and which weren't.

The latest receipt notice they have received is for June 19, 2007. So, I am assuming that within the next week, we should be getting ours.

I live in Texas but the I-140 was approved from NSC so lawyers (I think) filed at the NSC who in turn may transfer the file over the TSC. Hence, it may delay the receipts.
