Hello I am a US Citizen. My Fiancé has a interview scheduled for early Dec 2015 in Nepal.
My income is not enough and I do not have my last tax return because I did not generate enough income.
My questions are as follows:
1) I do have a sponsor, which forms & documents does he need to fill/submit ?
2) Since I do not have my tax return do I also need to submit an I-134 form ?
3) Do I need to submit my bank statements ? If yes for how many months ?
*Also, I am quite confused, does my Fiancé need to apply online form DS-160 before the interview ?
Kindly advice me as I am new at this and your assistance will be greatly helpful.
