I am assembling package for my father. My mother is no more. Here are the forms I am filing in one package: g-1145, g-1450, I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-864 along with medical report from civil physician. Can someone please answer following questions:

1) is my total fee calculation correct : I-130 ($535) + I-485 ($1140 + $85) : $1760
2) can I use one single g-1450(credit card payment) for the total amount of $1760
3) is a(2) correct for the eligibility criterion in I-765?
4) can my mother's death certificate be used along with father's passport with my mother's name as spouse in lieu of absent marriage certificate of my parents?
5) is it okay to write 'not known' for my grandparents' dob in I-485

thanks!

So I found answers to my questions, just in case anyone else later finds this thread:
1) is my total fee calculation correct : I-130 ($535) + I-485 ($1140 + $85) : $1760
2) can I use one single g-1450(credit card payment) for the total amount of $1760

total fees is $1760 and a single check, mo or g1450 can be used.

3) is a(2) correct for the eligibility criterion in I-765?

eligibility criterion is: c(9)

4) can my mother's death certificate be used along with father's passport with my mother's name as spouse in lieu of absent marriage certificate of my parents?

I am going to try this, I anyway don't have any other document. There is a possibility of RFE or perhaps rejection. Will update what happens.

The concurrent filing package is super-thick! Going to send it by USPS priority mail tomorrow morning.

Cheers!
