I am a divorced US citizen , with kids , sponsoring my fiancee, who is a divorcee with a kid from India.
She has an appointment for the consular interview and we are preparing the documents for her interview.
I have the following questions and woud greatly appreciate your replies.
1. in my affidavit of support, for Q9. how far do I go back to list the prior affidavit of support. The last one I did for a visitor visa for a friend was in 2008 , 2003, and finally one going back to 1998. Do I list them all
2. in the same form , for Q10, do I mention the current sponsorhip only or the denied ones as well. I sponosored my sister in 2007 that got expired.
3. For the consular process, the instructions say to submit documents at VFS between 15 to 10 days before the interview. Does my fiancee submit my affidavit of support as well at that time ? the instructions are not very clear if all the documents needed to be submitted ahead of time at the VFS to be sent by courier to the USA consulate.
