Nothing so far. My H-1 B renewal got approved last week if that counts for anything :D

Also as I mentioned in another post earlier this week:

"I happened to speak to BCIS customer service for the first time today. When I asked the rep. about my expired FP (15 months plus), I was told that it is not necessary that a 2nd FP will be generated (even if one is past 15 months). I was also told to wait until Dec '03 before pursuing any lack of action on my case"

Based on your reponses I will create a spread sheet and then we can track 2 FP for generation for Feb filers

I like your thread. Actually some time back I had started similar thread for Feb. 02 filers and 2nd FP but not much responses. I would prefer if we can include Location as well in your spreadsheet, that would also help (I think).
Here are my details.

ND: 03/04/2002
FP1 : 05/01/2002 (Done)
FP1 : 05/06/2002 (Received by BCIS)
Location : Boston
Please attach your spreadsheet with your future messages (whenever it is updated). It will help us a lot.

I agree with feb12rd. I had observed while tracking FP1 that location of FP does matter - some got FP1 early while the others got it very late despite similar RDs. This is because some ASCs do computerized FP, some do it manually; some are more congested and scheduling an FP takes longer while others are not so congested.

Count me in..Mine and my wife's RD is 02-15-02. My FP1 expired 08-31-03 and my wife's 09-11-03. No FP2 notice yet. Me and my wife are working on our 2nd EAD. My case was issued RFE on 08-04-03. Lawyer never received RFE notice, however 2 weeks later both online and AVM were saying "On 08-18-03 we received your response for additional info requested...." Both my lawyer and me are confused. Still trying to find answers for this mysterious status change... Last month my lawyer wrote a letter to INS seeking clarification for the RFE notice.

Waiting.....

Me too Feb 2002 Filer with no FP2, no RFE, No AD...

Will I ever get Green Card?

I think I have lost the charm and excitement of getting a green card, even if i get it, it's like so what the heck? never waited for anything so long in life......

But yes, GC is necessary for better future as most of the decisions are based on this.
