A member of the family was sponsored. He is a naturalized citizen in Europe.

His family is now been called for interview at the US consulate for the Green Card. They also did medical.

At the interview in Germany what questions will they ask him & his family? He is middle age with two kids. Works for an international company in Germany.

Pls let me have some sample questions and any pointers.

What exactly is the scenario ... a US citizen filed for his wife and two kids? Or only his two kids? Are they both the biological children of him and his wife?

Mom, a US citizen, sponsored the married son with a family with two biological kids and the real mom. So all 4 are working to get the GC overseas.

Since this sponsorship is based on the mother-child relationship, the interview will be simple and straightforward*. It will be mostly about re-asking questions that were already asked on the DS-230 and I-130, just to check if there are any mistakes or if anything has changed (e.g. any new children, are they still married etc.). The family just needs to make sure the relevant documents are taken to the interview, especially the official birth certificates of all 4 family members, the marriage certificate, and certified English translations of the certificates if they're not already in English.

*this is assuming there is nothing else to complicate the situation like a criminal record or immigration violations.
