My H1B stamp expired. Bcos of family emergency( serious father in law) I may need to go back to India for a week or 2. I need to new stamp to enter. But calendar at Mumbai shows the next appointment in September. Is there any way to get emergemcy appointment in next week? I can take doctor's letter. But do I need to call from US now, in advance? Its weekend, so offices must be closed. Please help. If anyone knows kindly let me know.
