Hi all, I am on F1 Visa and spouse is in F2 Visa. I am applying H1B next year in 2021.
1) While applying my visa, my spouse would be in India. So I cannot apply her h4 visa along with mine, is this correct?
2) If she has to come to US(in first week of May) should i have to wait till my H1b approval?(I guess she can as my COS did not happen)
3) What are the other options for her to visit to US during May first week?
4) If she can't how fast she can then visit to US and with what visa status?
