F1 Visa - Help Needed

Hello

It may not be the right thread. I need help.

I came to U.S.A in 2000 to study my Bachelors and I lost my passport
with my F1 Visa and the original I-94 card. I applied for my I-94 card replacement and it was issued by INS. I also applied for a new passport to the Indian Embassy in Washington DC and it was issued to me.

My problem is I do not have my F1 Visa in the new passport but I do have a replacement I-94 issued by INS which is still valid. I do have a I-20 which is valid until 2006. I will be graduating later this year and I need to travel outside U.S during this summer. How can I get my F1 Visa in the new passport.

Please advice.

Thanks

You would need a visa to enter US if you go out of country

You can stay as long as you have valid i20 and I94. You would need a visa to come back.
