I am currently on F1 visa on my first year of OPT.
My employer filed H1 for me but it didn’t come in lottery. My employer is ready to file I140/GC for me, is there any issue in filing GC on F1 visa. Plz suggest.
My place of birth is Nepal but I am citizen of India, what I have learnt so far is that GC is based on country of birth. Plz suggest.
