F1 stamping in Mexico?

Hello

I entered US as an F1 student. Worked on H1 for 4 years. Now i am back into F1. I just got my F1 status approved from INS.
I need to get my F1 visa stamp. I was wondering if Mexico does F1 stamping for people with my kind background?

Canada has no appointments for the next 1.5 months, hence i am looking at Mexico.

Anybody has any info on this.

Call the specific consulate and confirm with them if they entertain third country applicants.

F1 visa in Mexico

Hey Guys,

I did email the mexico US consulate. They do not do F1 visas for people changing status. Just for future info.
