My passport expired a month back. I last got it renewed in 2010 when I was on H1-B. I now have an EAD, waiting on Adjustment/GC. My I-94 expired long back, should I send it with my old passport to CKGS or just omit it and keep it with myself? The EAD card copy is anyways included in the application bundle.
Any other advice?
