b) Be able to manage, and allocate tasks to overseas tele-worker, or
c) Be able to outsource work for a minimum of one year to an
independent overseas consultant, or

GUI: Powerbuilder, MSVC++, little VB
Databases: Informix 7, Oracle 8, Access 2000
Languages: C, ESQLC, PRO C, C++
Other: TCP/IP programming, writing services and DLLs under
NT, Visio Professional, Powerdesigner, etc.
Total years of experience: 13 plus
Educational Qualification: BA English Literature
Post Graduate Diploma in Software Design and
Utilties
Certificate in C programming
Currently enrolled part time in MS Information
Systems with Grade A average.
Status: Currently on H1-B with one year left for the six
year period to complete. Received EAD in April
this year.
Reason for change: Company in financial trouble with cash flow
problems and may not exist by the time my case
is adjudicated. Also, require more active
development work to exercise my mind.
