experience letters

Hi my current employer might not give me a ref letter but I do have the appointment letter and the paystubs will it be ok to send them instead of the ref letter from the employer for the proof of work exp.

It dosent have to be a letter from the employer

Read the guide well, the letter can be even from one of your coleague, so if you cant get a letter from the employer , get one from the manager or your coleague who will speak good about you and attach an seperate letter saying why you cant get the letter from your employer.
