I have a question regarding experience count. My Labor got approved recently and planning to apply for I140. I was working for company A from jan 2001, in jan 2002 another company B bought Company A. from then i became automatically employee of Company B and filed for labor for company B. so can i count work experience from Company A from jan 2001 to Dec 2001 for I140? please guys help me.
