Expediate AP without I 485 receipt,NSC

Hi ,

Recently my I 140 is approved but unfortunately INS sent all the rest of applications for I485/EAD/AP back to us.

I have sent all the applications back alongwith I140 approval notice on April 9'2004.

Is there anyway I can expediate the AP procedure ?????
Will NSC accpet the fax and copy of wedding invitation without I 485 receipt ?.I have to travel to India for SIL's wedding.

----- why did they sent back I-485, EAD AP applications? did you send it to wrong address or some other mistake? share with us it may help others

---- if you have H1B Visa stamp then you can go and come back before H1Visa stamp expires.
second option is once you get I-485 filing reciept and AP filing reciept , go to local USCIS office and ask for emergency AP show the documents for emergency travel they may or they may not give you AP, nothing bad in trying.

I had posted it before in concurrent filing and I140 processing discussion thread.

But here are the details
NSC I140/485/765/131 filed concurrent : 02/28/2004
NSC sent back I485/765/131 : 03/18/2004
with reasons that applications can not match
RD for I 140 :03/08/2004
Lawyer sent the rest of applications : 03/20/2004
Approved I140 as of : 04/08/2004
NSC sent back I485/765/131 with same reason as "petition or application can not be matched "

My Lawyer spoke with immigration officer and they did not have any clue why they are doing this.This time Fortunately has A no. so it should not return back.God knows what is my ND and RD going to be ?????????

wow you got your 140 approved in a month?
My friend has been waiting for almost 10 months and his 140 is still not approved at NSC
