expected revised July Visa Bulletin ?

There we go again with the chest beating. How many times do we have to tell you guys that you are INVITED to be here only at the pleasure of the citizens. If we the citizens of the US do not need you we will make it harder/impossible for you to get your GC.
I am sorry to say this as I know most people will not like it, but DOS and USCIS are perfectly justified in doing what they feel like is in the best interest of this country - and not of the immigrants. Nobody forced you to spend any amount of money for your GC - it was entirely your choice.

So do what you can to be a part of this - but understand clearly that you do not deserve anything - you have to earn it with your sweat and tears. The citizens are the ones who are shedding their blood for the protection of you guys too - that is why I did not say 'blood sweat and tears'.
If you really want to be a part of this country show that you love this country. I do not see any Indian/Chinese visa holders wanting to be a part of the army or marines. All of you want a chair job tapping away on your laptop. So for that be prepared to wait.

Blister dude...gimme a break..ask them to send all the chinese and Indians to their respective countries and see how this country can moev forward...you dont need to be in the army to serve one's nation.

US will move forward better and faster without the cheap low cost workers who lower the standard of living for everybody. 1 of these workers causes problems for a lot more americans as companies use them as a threat against the citizens.

"OK now work without a raise otherwise we have a dezi ( that's what indians are called i think ) who will program for 10.99 an hour"

and the way they will do it is share a car among 5 guys share a bj/costco card among 10 of them and share an apartment among 15 maybe.

Hey Blister -

Isn't Ignorance bliss??

Indian American soldier dies in Iraq

Hatim S Kathiria, 23, died on August 27 after being injured in a rocket attack in Baghdad. He was a logistical specialist in the US army.
Kathiria arrived in the United States of America in June 2003 with dreams of making it big in the software industry. But even as a trained software engineer he found it difficult making a start. The army appeared to him a quick way of acquiring citizenship and earning money to send home to his family in Gujarat.

Kathiria's family were not comfortable with his joining the army but he showed promise right from the beginning. Within a month of his arriving in the US, he was on basic training. His uncle Naruddin Kathiria of Fort Worth said he was a bright, energetic and ambitious young man.

Kathiria is not the first Indian in the US military who has lost his life in the line of duty. On December 1, 2003, US trooper Uday Singh fell in an ambush near Baghdad. Uday was from Chandigarh.

US trooper Uday Singh wanted to save the world

Kathiria was to return home on leave a month later. His body will be sent back to India and buried in his hometown of Dahod, Gujarat after a military service in Washington. He is survived by his father, mother, and two sisters.

Tch..tch.. Why are ya so angry blister??? Looks like youre blistering cuz you got laid off. Maybe your white ass was too slow and high paid.. and a brown guy did the work better and faster.. and I dare say..cheaper?

Accept it. Its economics. Open Trade. And its both ways. We (dezis) will take over major portions of the service sector. This is just the beginning....so tell your buddies who're cussing us to watch out.

As I recall, I dont see american companies crib that MS software, HP, DELL, and SUN hardware, database systems, boeing aircrafts, McDonald chains, and Coke and Pepsi, and so on and so forth are flooding the Indian markets...? If you white rednecks dont stop bitching about our services, maybe we should kick all your companies out of our markets.

When that happens, white boy, you'll get laid off nevertheless...

Watch it shmuck
(PS: You may not be white, but you sure sound like the KKK, shmuck).

And atleast we share costco cards. You guys swap your wives, molest your kids, and your 15-16 yr olds are s**ts. How's that for generalization?

Two I-485 packages. One from me. One from Law firm. Please help

Is it possible to ship the two I-485 pakcages to INS?

My labor and 140 already approved. My law firm preparing I-485 to submit through same day service.

In case if they are not able to do it within the time, I want to submit I-485 on Monday through same day service without telling to the law firm.

This causes duplicate submission. Can I or law firm subsequently with draw one of the I-485 later?

Please advise. Urgent. Appreciate your help.

I am tired of this GC crap and I am seriously planning to go back to desh and was wondering if my savings are enough to live comfortably there. Of course, I plan to work there for my day to day living costs but I do not want to be concerned if I do not find work for a few months or if I quit for some time if I do not like the work. In the worst case, assuming I never work will my savings be enough ?

I have lived here for 8.5 years and have not been to desh for 7 yrs now. i had a good run here for a few years and have about Rs 2 crores in savings. i also have a house in bombay. assuming i go back, is that amount enough for me to live comfortable in mumbai or pune without working and just living off the interest ? what is your opinion ?

Are any of you guys thinking the same. Also, What is the average savings of people, I am curious? Am I on the high side or low side or average ?

Found this guys posting back in 2005. Hey Blister!!! STFU!! .

Folks,

Just ignore blister. He seems to be a mentally disabled person and has been suffering from the memory loss problem, according to his recent posts in other forums. His problem is he is not able to tolerate other Indians getting the GCs. Long live, Blister, and once you cure your mental disability, please get back to us:)

OK Mr.Blister You can go staright to h**** Like my esteemed friends, over here, I wont waste my time replying to you.

AAWARA: DOS includes the current visa bulletin, into ARCHIVES , the VERY FIRST DAY, IT PUBLISHES THE BULLETIN. Please prove it if its otherwise ( if it just got updated)

I have seen several posts, predicting the retrogression, including the AILA (What ever cr** that is).

My personal prediction, is all eb categories will remain current for the month of July and will retrogress later. Have a good night sleep. Everything is gonna be just fine. Happy EAD to your family. ... Good luck

Hello Friends,

This guy blister1889 is probably an immigrant whose first post here on these forums is dated 17th October 2005. Can't be sure but the idiot seems to be an immigrant himself as in one of his posts he is seeking info on how to bring his parents and his brother. He could be a Vietnam Vet pretending to be an immigrant as well. I don't know and I don't care but here is his post:
